Fundraiser projects may have separate pricing options.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

Paint parties work best with groups of 10 or more.

 

For parties with 15 or more guests, the host paints for free and receives a 50% off coupon for a future open paint class.

Do I need painting experience?

Not at all. I guide everyone through the process step-by-step, making it beginner friendly and fun for all skill levels.

What do I need to provide as the host?

Hosts are responsible for:

  • Securing the party location
  • Providing tables/chairs if needed
  • Making sure guests have enough space to paint comfortably

I bring the project materials and instructions.

What is included?

Most paint parties include:

  • Pre-cut wooden project
  • Design/template
  • Paint guidance and instruction
  • Basic supplies needed to complete the project

Are embellishments included?

Special embellishments, bows, beads, greenery, are not included unless stated otherwise. These must be purchased separately.  Upgrades and decorative wood add ons must be requested when ordering.  A surchage will be price accordingly.  

How long does a paint party last?

Most paint parties last around 2–3 hours, depending on the project size and group pace

Can kids participate?

Yes. I offer kid-friendly projects for birthday parties, school groups, and special events.

Can I host a fundraiser paint party?

Absolutely. Fundraiser paint parties are a fun way to raise money for schools, sports teams, clubs, churches, and organizations.

 

Fundraiser project pricing usually ranges between $14–$18 per set, and groups can charge more and keep the difference as profit.
