Payment and Ordering

When is payment due?

Invoices must be paid before any custom work begins. Orders are not started until payment is received.

Can I cancel my order?

Because many items are custom made and personalized, cancellations may not be accepted once work has started.

Do I require full payment upfront?

Yes. Full payment is recommended upfront for all custom and personalized items to secure the order and materials.

Turnaround Time

What is my current turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies depending on order volume, customization, and product type. Most orders are completed within 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Do rush orders cost extra?

Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule and will include an additional fee. If you need a rush order reach out via the contact form.

Will I receive updates on my order?

Yes. I try to keep customers updated throughout the process, especially for custom orders and larger projects.

Custom Orders

Can items be personalized?

Yes! Many items can be customized with names, dates, school colors, sports themes, holidays, and more.

Can I request a completely custom design?

Absolutely. I love creating unique pieces and can work with ideas, inspiration photos, or themes.

Will custom items look exactly like the mockup or photo?

Since each item is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, paint, or placement may occur. That is part of what makes handmade items unique.

Products & Materials

What are my items made from?

Most products are laser-cut wood and handcrafted with attention to detail.

Are earrings and hair clips lightweight?

Yes. My accessories are designed to be lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear.

Are your earrings hypoallerginic?

Yes, I buy the findings that are hypoallerginic and have had many with senstive ears tell me they could not wear earrings until discovering mine,

Pickup & Shipping

Do I offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available during scheduled pickup hours with advance notice before arriving.

Do I ship orders?

Yes. Shipping is available for most products unless otherwise noted.

What happens if my package is delayed by the carrier?

Once packages are shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays.

Refunds & Returns

Do I offer refunds?

ecause most items are handmade and personalized, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun or the order has been completed.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I want customers to be happy and will work with you to resolve any issues caused by damage, defects, or mistakes on my end.

Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error made by me.

What if I entered the wrong personalization information?

Customers are responsible for double-checking spelling, names, dates, colors, and customization details before submitting their order.  Refunds will not be gave because of incorrect information.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

Please contact me with photos of the damaged packaging and item so I can help determine the next steps.
